ANR Construction is a young and growing construction company. We are seeking a Project Manager to add to our team.

The project manager overseas and organizes field crews, maintains client relationships, gathers, and maintains equipment while ensuring excellent client services. They will also assist with evaluating bid specifications, drawings, and winning contracts.

Job duties will include:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Review contract documents and attend pre-bid meetings as required.
• Calculate takeoffs from plans to determine quantity accuracy.
• Develop a strategy for the execution of work in the most cost-effective manner.
• Prepare an accurate breakdown of labor hours, material quantities, and necessary tools and equipment for each project.
• Conduct construction estimation and negotiate pricing with vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Review all change order requests to confirm if they maximize the profit opportunity.
• Conduct a progress and post-construction review of projected and actual construction costs compared to estimated bid costs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Utilize project management software such as Buildertrend to track project milestones.

Requirements for Qualified Candidates:

• 5 years experience successfully managing construction teams and maintaining client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Social Sciences or equivalent field
• Language proficiency in Polish or Ukrainian
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficient in project management principles and softwares like Buildertrend
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Basic knowledge of Chief Architect or similar software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
